TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
| 1 | PRICE | Ex-works, VASAI | ||
| 2 | PACKING & FORWARDING AND FREIGHT CHARGES | Extra at Actual. | ||
| 3 | PAYMENT | 50% with Order & 50% prior to dispatch. | ||
| 4 | DELIVERY | Within 1 TO 2 Weeks from the Date of advance. | ||
| 5 | SALES TAXES | GST TAXES EXTRA AS APPLICABLE | ||
| 6 | DISPATCH | By Road Transport | ||
| 7 | INSURANCE | Goods will be dispatched at purchases risk. | ||
| 8 | VALIDITY | Offer is open for acceptance within 15 days from the date of offer. | ||
| 9 | WARRANTY | All equipment is warranted against defective workmanship for a period of 12 months. Material found detective would be returned on freight-prepaid basis to the supplier’s works. It will be replaced after repair/ replacement on fright to pay basis by the supplier. | ||
| 10 | INSPECTION | Inspection of goods shall be arranged at manufactures premises. Visual inspection & performance test for certain equipment’s can be offered at our works prior to dispatch. Customer will have to arrange the raw material at their own cost else Manufactures warranty before dispatch of goods shall have to be accepted. | ||
| 11 | JURISDICTION | All disputes are subject to Palghar jurisdiction. | ||
| 12 | MISCELLANEOUS | Road Permit/ Way Bill / Any Forms if applicable to be arranged by yourself. | ||
