Meanwhile, the bottom eccentric weight, positioned below the center of mass, introduces tilt and vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. This dual-motion system enhances the turnover of materials on the screen surface, allowing for maximum passage of undersized materials through the screen. The rugged springs located at the motor base further amplify the vibration, ensuring efficient sifting and separation.
