Refund and Returns Policy
1. Duration
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable substances.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be given under certain conditions, including:
- Items showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or other media
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned beyond the 30-day limit
5. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, deducting the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR), which is a fee charged by payment processors for handling debit or credit card transactions, and any applicable payment gateway fees. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, contact us at sunfoodsandpharmaequipments@gmail.com and ship the item to:

9. Gift Returns
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, the refund will go to them directly.
10. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
